Group Fitness Classes
Impact Sports and Fitness offers a variety of group fitness classes in four-week sessions. This is a great way to learn a new workout, stay accountable to your fitness plan, and meet people!
Our nationally certified group fitness instructors will help you get the results you’re aiming for the right way. You won’t get the same personal attention doing a fitness video at home. Our instructors will make sure you move your body in a way that will prevent injury and give you the best results.
Our instructors recognize that everyone has different personal fitness levels. If you’re unsure if a class is right for you, we welcome you to try a class session for free during the first week of a class session.
Members and non-member rates are available. Members save 50% off the full price of group fitness classes. Call (785) 263-3888 for class times. Four-week sessions typically begin at the beginning of each month, with sign-up occurring a week beforehand.
