Hoch Altwegg Receives Health Services Executive Designation
Amy Hoch Altwegg, Executive Director of Village Manor and COO of Frontier Estates of Heritage Village in Abilene, recently became the first person in Kansas to receive the National Association of Long Term Care Administrator Boards (NAB) Health Services Executive Credential. NAB recently introduced the Health Services Executive ™ (HSE) qualification, a broad-based credential, which allows administrators to practice along the continuum of health services and supports while enjoying portability of their HSE license. NAB offers two distinct qualifying pathways: The Career Pathway and The Education Pathway.
“I am thrilled to be Health Services Executive qualified through NAB,” Altwegg said. “It is great to join many across the United States in receiving this designation.”
Hoch Altwegg started her post acute career in 1993 working in administration, and has worked with Long Term Care, Assisted Living, and Home Health and Hospice. Memorial Health System congratulates Amy on this prestigious designation!
“We are very proud of Amy and this achievement,” MHS Chief Executive Officer, Harold Courtois said. “This represents Amy’s continuing commitment to Long Term Care and a desire for excellence in her field.”
